For evaluation only

You may use this demo to evaluate a potential engagement with Vail Valley AI LLC. Access is personal to invited users. Please keep your credentials and nonpublic demo materials confidential and do not share access with anyone else.

Respecting the work

Vail Valley AI LLC retains its rights in the original demo software, visual assets, written content and other materials it created, including applicable copyrights. Free access does not transfer ownership or grant a license to copy, distribute or develop from those materials. Verity’s names, branding and supplied materials, and third-party or open-source components, remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and licenses.

Screenshots, recordings and reproduction

Please obtain Vail Valley AI LLC’s written permission before taking screenshots, making screen recordings, photographing the demo, or copying or sharing its nonpublic materials. Do not use the demo or any captures, exports or materials from it as a blueprint to reproduce its screens or product for yourself or anyone else, or give them to another developer for that purpose. Downloads expressly provided within the demo may be used only for your internal evaluation; they do not grant permission to reproduce or redistribute the demo.

Your own materials and future work

These terms do not claim ownership of your data, feedback, independently developed work or generally available ideas. They do not require you to purchase services. Any implementation, delivery of source code, license or transfer of ownership will be governed by a separate written agreement. If a signed agreement with Vail Valley AI LLC expressly provides different rights for this demo, that agreement controls.

A preview, with a record of your agreement

This is an evaluation prototype, provided as available. Features and access may change, and Vail Valley AI LLC may end demo access. Do not rely on demo outputs for live client or investment decisions. When you accept, we record your account, the date and time, the terms version and text, and the request’s IP address and browser information in the access audit log.
